Plattern collects personal information that is used specifically to add you to our e-mail list, create an account, or process an order.

All personal information is treated confidentially. We do not ever sell e-mail addresses to other companies or share any personal information with third parties.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with an item, please contact via email for return authorization first and then simply return it with the packing slip, unused and in original condition, stating the reason for return within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a store credit (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange if you so choose. We do not offer refunds at this time. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the item and an exchange will be sent to you as soon as we receive your defective item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Although most items are processed within 3 business days, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail, with expedited shipping readily available. Just drop us an email with any expedited shipping requests!
